WJCC Families, as you may have noticed, we’ve been having some technical issues with Synergy (aka Vue). Today, emails from Synergy were released inadvertently when a setting was changed in the system. You’ll know you’ve received one of these emails if it’s a bunch of code and very little actual content. And, unfortunately, it’s possible that additional emails could still be delivered to your inbox today. We apologize.
Yesterday, we had a problem with our security certificate — which has been resolved — but these and a few other issues have resulted in us working to procure a long-term, back-end solution for Synergy that should help reduce issues and down time.
