Clara Byrd Baker Elementary School students participate in a school-wide Random Acts of Kindness project. K-2nd grade students created kindness projects for school based staff while 3rd-5th graders took a more community-centered approach and chose projects that would impact individuals outside the school. A Kindness Tree was placed in the entryway of the school, surrounded by photos and descriptions of each project. The top three projects were voted on by various WJCC staff and the winning classes were surprised with a reward.
