Work performed last week:
- Continued interior and exterior footings and foundation walls in Units A and B
- Continued interior walls on Level 1 in Units A, B, and C to Level 2 joist bearing
- Continued under-slab and in-wall plumbing and electrical rough-in in Units A and B on Level 1
- Continued slab-on-grade preparation and poured concrete in science/restroom area in Unit B, and the entrance commons in Unit A on April 15th
- Delivered and set the elevator jack
- Set steel beam over opening between the gymnasium and stage
- Set reinforced concrete storm pipe and tied new storm system into the City’s existing system at the corner of Ironbound Road and Longhill Road
- Received the check valve for the fire line and installed the valve near Ironbound Road
Note: Areas D & C are the single story section of the school. That includes the gym, cafeteria, kitchen, music, art and fitness rooms. Areas A & B are the 3-story classroom sections.
